Job Summary


ManageYOURiD is a software development and analytics company with extensive knowledge in the “sensitive personal information data space”. The Company provides services that protect personal information, track and identify those that exploit personal information for personal gain and other reasons, and strategically employ personal information in support of ongoing client engagements. The Company is seeking a Chief Architect and Development Team Leader to continually evolve a highly proprietary suite of software solutions and lead an extraordinarily effective multi-national development team.


Description of Job Duties


  • Rapidly become intimately familiar with existing and brilliantly architected software platforms.

  • Identify, evaluate, design and develop software solutions that satisfy defined requirements and seamlessly integrate with existing platforms and/ or materially enhance the performance and effectiveness of same.

  • Effectively manage the software development process and the development team. Plan, track and schedule software deliverables. Recruit, train and oversee the activities of the development team.

  • Meticulously document every aspect of the evolving architecture and related software deliverables.

  • Maintain constant awareness of the evolution of technology in the world of computer science and assure ManageYOURiD remains a trusted thought leader in the eyes of its clients.


Skills and Requirements


Must have a PhD in Software Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Must have ten or more years of successful experience in a similar role and have a demonstrable track record of architecting and developing effective solutions to extremely difficult challenges.

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Must be Scrum Master Certified.

  • Must be GSSP-.NET Certified.

  • Must have deep understanding and knowledge of the “data broker” community.

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC area.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of the software design and development process and at least the following disciplines and technologies.
